This is the last of our Summer Dinner Series, so reserve your seats now! This menu will start with apps, followed by a cruise around Morro Bay and finish with a 3 course dinner prepared by Chef Mike from Knife + Fork.
Saturday, August 31st
Arrive at 5:30pm, cruise begins at 5:50pm, dinner will be served at 7:00pm
Smashed white anchovy with capers on crispy olive oil garlic crustini
Frisée with fresh chèvre, herbs, roasted walnuts, simple vinaigrette on butter lettuce
Baja style seafood with linguica, potatoes, corn cobs.
Mini cream puffs - blackberry chocolate, cherry vanilla, salted caramel
