This was not the traditional curd form, this pie took it a step further by incorporating whole sliced lemons. The result was a harmonious blend of sweet and tangy flavors that truly impressed me. It gave me a marmalade-like experience that I had never anticipated. The seasonal nature of this pie makes it all the more special, so make sure to savor it while you can. For the perfect pairing, we recommend trying it with MCV ALV or a crisp sauvignon blanc. The refreshing citrus notes of the wine beautifully complement the zesty goodness of the lemon pie.
